Warhawk Price and Release date revealed?

A member over at the NeoGaf Forums has posted a topic saying that Warhawk is now up on Gamestop and EB Games website with a price of $39.99 and a release date of 8/1/2007. Here is the description:

I don’t know about you all but this game is a must buy for me and I can’t wait 🙂 and the $39.99 price is awesome. I wonder if the downloadable version will be cheaper? Perhaps $29.99? So is anyone else getting Warhawk?
